🚀 We are seeking an experienced and passionate Principal Front-end / Mobile Developer to join their team in developing a groundbreaking decentralised framework for MuFi (Music Finance) & RiFi (Royalty Finance).
âś… Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership
- Architect and implement scalable front-end solutions
- Establish front-end development standards and best practices
- Lead code reviews and technical discussions
- Mentor and guide junior developers
- Development & Implementation
- Build high-performance, responsive user interfaces
- Develop cross-platform mobile applications
- Integrate with DLT and decentralised systems
- Implement secure authentication and wallet integrations
- Innovation & Quality
- Drive technical innovation in front-end architecture
- Ensure code quality and performance standards
- Optimise application performance and loading times
- Implement automated testing strategies
- UX/UI Skills
While deep UX/UI design skills are not required, the role demands:
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles
- Ability to collaborate effectively with designers
- Experience implementing complex UI components
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices

- Front-end Expertise (Primary Focus)
- Advanced proficiency in HTML5, modern JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
- Expert-level experience with Vue.js (primary framework)
- Advanced CSS expertise (CSS-in-JS, Styled Components, Tailwind)
- Performance optimisation and web vitals
- Advanced proficiency in PWA development and service worker implementation
- Component design patterns and architecture
- Mobile & Desktop Development
- Experience with a Rust-based cross-platform framework such as Dioxus or Tauri
- Familiarity with native mobile development tools (e.g., Swift , Kotlin) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of mobile-specific UI/UX patterns
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design
- Performance optimisation for mobile devices
- APIs & Backend Integration
- Proficiency in working with RESTful APIs for seamless data exchange.
- Familiarity with backend technologies in Rust and Typescript is a plus
- Testing & Debugging
- Strong debugging skills and experience with testing frameworks like Jest , Cypress , or Flutter Test.
