📍 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Sourcing candidates through online platforms, job boards, and social media.
- Screening resumes to identify qualified candidates for technical roles.
- Communicating with candidates via phone, email, or in person to schedule interviews and keep them informed.
- Conducting interviews and providing feedback to both candidates and hiring managers.
- Building strong relationships with candidates and ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Keeping records up to date in the applicant tracking system.
- Writing and posting job ads to attract the right talent.
- Continuously learning and taking part in training to grow your recruitment skills.
📝 What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken. German or another additional language is a big plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills - you're a good listener, empathetic, and comfortable talking to people from different backgrounds.
- Great attention to detail and well-organized when it comes to keeping track of candidates and documentation.
- Some knowledge of recruitment processes - previous experience in transportation or skilled trades (welding, mechanics, etc.) is a big advantage.
- Comfortable using digital tools for sourcing, communication, and documentation.
- Able to multitask and stay on top of things in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- A positive attitude, curiosity, and a genuine interest in recruiting for technical roles.
