About the Role
We are seeking a Facility Operations Coordinator to ensure that everything runs smoothly for our employees in the Netherlands. You will be the first point of contact when new employees arrive, making sure their housing and transportation are arranged and that they feel welcome from day one.
This is a hands-on role that requires daily interaction with employees, housing providers, and vehicle coordinators. You will regularly travel across the Netherlands to check facilities, resolve issues, and make sure our people have the support they need outside of work.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome new employees upon their arrival in the Netherlands and ensure a smooth onboarding into housing and transport.
- Coordinate and manage employee housing in cooperation with housing providers.
- Oversee company vehicles provided to employees, ensuring they are ready, available, and properly maintained.
- Act as the main point of contact for employees regarding housing and facility matters, resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
- Conduct regular on-site visits across the Netherlands to support employees and inspect housing facilities.
- Ensure a high standard of comfort, safety, and support for employees throughout their stay.
Requirements
- Based in the Netherlands (mandatory).
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel daily across the country.
- Fluency in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).
- Previous experience in facility coordination, employee support, or a similar role, ideally within the logistics, transportation, or staffing industry.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and hands-on mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and a people-first attitude.
