Opinodo operates a portfolio of 30+ high-traffic websites that help users earn money online by completing paid surveys and other digital activities. With 1,200+ active Google Ads campaigns across 140+ countries, they're scaling fast — and they're looking for someone who’s ready to grow with them.
👨💻 What You'll Be Doing
- Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across Google Search, Display, Performance Max (PMax), Discovery, and Video (YouTube) campaigns.
- Monitor performance and optimize based on data to improve ROAS and lower acquisition costs.
- Use Google Analytics and other tools to ensure accurate tracking and actionable insights.
- Troubleshoot tracking issues and ensure solid conversion attribution.
- Work with Google Tag Manager for efficient tag deployment and management.
- Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, and marketing leads to test creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on experience running performance-driven Google Ads campaigns across various verticals, either in-house or at an agency.
- A proven track record of optimizing and scaling large-scale accounts, with high traffic volumes and significant ad spend.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, with deep knowledge of campaign structures, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
- Experience working with Google Analytics Universal and GA4, with a solid understanding of conversion tracking and data interpretation.
- Proficiency with Google Tag Manager for tag implementation and maintenance.
- Ability to extract actionable insights from campaign data and translate them into growth strategies.
- (Bonus) Experience with Meta Ads, native advertising, or other paid channels is a plus.
- (Bonus) Experience with Looker Studio for building performance dashboards and reports.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
