đ Recruitment & Employer Branding Specialist đ
Are you passionate about connecting people with the right opportunities and building a strong company culture and presence?Â
Weâre looking for someone who will not only take part in sourcing and selecting top talent but also actively contribute to keeping our team engaged and our company visible.
In this role, youâll be responsible for a variety of recruitment activitiesâfrom writing job ads to organizing interviewsâbut also play a key role in showcasing who we are to the outside world. Whether itâs crafting a social media post about our newest job opening, celebrating a company milestone, or sharing a glimpse into life at the office, youâll help tell our story in a way that attracts the right people and builds our employer brand.
We're looking for someone who is creative, proactive, and has an eye for detailâsomeone whoâs comfortable behind both the screen and the camera.
đYour impact will include:
- Taking ownership of the recruitment process (job postings, candidate communication, coordination, etc.)
- Supporting our employer branding by creating engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
- Highlighting our culture and achievements through regular updates and creative storytelling
- Collaborating with the team to ensure our internal and external communications reflect who we are
đ§ Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelorâs degree in HR, Business, Communications, Marketing, or a similar field (or currently studying)
- Interest in both recruitment and employer brandingâespecially in the tech/IT space
- Some exposure to sourcing, HR, or content creation (through internships, part-time roles, or personal projects)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms, as well as Instagram and Facebook for business use
- A good eye for visual content and storytellingâbasic photo/video skills are a plus!
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Comfortable engaging with peopleâwhether itâs candidates, team members, or taking quick office snapshots for social media
- Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn (training and support will be provided)
