📑 Job Responsibilities:

• Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service to their clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  
  
• Order Planning: Efficiently plan and manage orders, ensuring they are processed accurately and on time.
  
  
• Shipment coordination:  Act as a key point of contact for clients, managing their requests for shipments from point A to point B. This involves not only providing information but also offering tailored solutions. You'll be responsible for giving their clients multiple optimal transportation options.
  
  
• Communication: Collaborate with various teams and their clients to ensure clear and effective communication regarding orders, shipments, and logistical requirements.
  
  

• Logistics Expertise: Leverage your transportation and logistics experience to optimize the supply chain and solve logistical challenges.
  
  
• Airfreight Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of airfreight logistics to enhance the efficiency of cargo transportation. Utilize your expertise to assess optimal air routes, calculate shipping costs, and ensure compliance with aviation regulations. Collaborate with airlines, cargo agents, and other stakeholders to secure timely and cost-effective airfreight solutions for clients.
  
  
• Shift Commitment: Be flexible to work in rotational shifts, including nights, as part of their dedicated team in Amsterdam. The shifts may vary, covering a 24/7 operational schedule, with a standard night shift from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM (CEST) being one of the rotations.

🔎 Qualifications:

• Experience within the industry, addressing logistics, transportation, sales, or planning, whether through direct or indirect roles.
  
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  
  
• Strong planning and organizational skills, including experience with route optimization and supply chain planning.
  
  
• A commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  
  
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  
  
• Ability to work effectively in a night shift role.
