Danish Speaking Support Representative

Our Client is looking for a Danish Speaking Support Representative to join their team in Belgrade.

The travel sector is about to see a boom after countries in Europe are opening up for tourists again. Our Client focuses on the skiing sector with a large presence in Austria and the Scandinavian countries. You can now be a part of this comeback for the sector, and our Client has a strong opportunity to capture a large share of the market.

About the company

Our Client has exceptionally strong brands in the skiing niche of the travel sector in Scandinavia, primarily in Denmark. They are bullish on the future of winter/ski travelling and they can see all indicators pointing to a big comeback where they stand ready.

They are an agile company with a short way from thought to action, and a short way from management to you.

In our bright and centrally located Belgrade office we already have our group financial manager with whom you will be working next to.

About the job

You will in the beginning start to work with administrative tasks in the booking system and over time participate in talks with customers, primarily in the Danish market.

Since we are adding the Support Representative position in the Client’s Serbian team, you will play a key role in setting standards for administration and customer service alongside the top management in Denmark.

The key to this job is that you master the Danish language, primarily written, so you will be able to read emails and messages, and answer these.

You are open to some potential travel activity if and when needed.

About you

  •  You need to write and speak Danish in a manner understandable by Danish customers and contacts. Potentially you have studied Scandinavian languages at the Faculty of Philology in Belgrade, or have lived in Denmark and learned the language there.
  • It is a plus if you speak German, since the Client has a significant presence in Austria, however this is not a must.
  • You are interested in the travel sector – the Client lives from making people happy, and they also want to have a positive and respectful work atmosphere.

This position is a full-time opportunity.

Perks and Benefits

  • Shared Workspace

We're not a traditional outsourcing company as you know it (we don't use that term here), but a hub that finds, recruits, and manages teams who work together on different projects all in one shared workspace.

  • Cool and Friendly Vibe

We've heard many times that the vibe resembles that of a cool and relaxed savvy startup office - with an open-concept environment, cool, concrete columns, a spacious free drink & snack area, and the most beautiful view of Belgrade. Oh, and we have a big, yellow, comfy couch!

  • The People

And most importantly - the people. The atmosphere of creativity and productivity in a space that celebrates individual differences, experiences, and talents. Just imagine a workspace with different teams sitting next to each other, sharing ideas amongst themselves. Now that's valuable cooperation that leads to both personal, and career growth.

  • Remote Option

Remote working is an option, of course. Many employees choose to manage their time by working a couple of days from the office, and then a couple of days from home. You choose what's in sync with your lifestyle, and our team is here to make it work.

Workplace & Culture

We believe that a workplace is more than just a place where people work. And we know that a happy employee provides the best results. That's why Teamcubate's core team goes to great lengths to keep our employees happy.
