Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Danish-speaking Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and helping startups find the talent they need to succeed. If you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales and a knack for building relationships, we want to hear from you! πΌπ
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients in the IT industry and other sectors, with a focus on startups in Northern Europe.
- Utilize various communication channels, mainly phone π, but also LinkedIn, email βοΈ, and other platforms, to reach out to potential clients and initiate conversations.
- Understand clients' hiring needs and challenges, and present Teamcubate's outstaffing solutions as the ideal solution.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with our internal team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to provide clients with relevant insights.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. ππ―
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, lead generation, prospecting, or client acquisition, preferably within the IT industry.
- Excellent communication skills, with a particular emphasis on phone communication π.
- Fluency in Danish and English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is a plus.
- A passion for startups and a genuine interest in helping them grow by connecting them with top talent. π
